1. Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used food products.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  • Please contact our customer service team at contact@edibleplay.com to obtain a return authorisation.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g. incorrect item sent).
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original item and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a replacement or refund.
